Technology Leaders will discuss and request feedback from their respective Cohort members on what they feel they are in need of in order help facilitate the integration of Technology in their classrooms. All feedback will be placed on a CIT developed Wikispace by Tech Leaders.

Finalize Professional Development training topics. Begin developing all needed training materials that support the needs of our campus and in accordance with our district Teacher Technology Proficiency Program requirements.
Tech Leaders will be required to facilitate (CIT to be a co-facilitator) two trainings each during the school year. CIT and Tech Leaders will work collaboratively to develop all necessary training materials and resources for each of their designated trainings.

Provide technology classroom observations and teacher feedback regarding progress of technology integration in their instruction.

Using a Technology Integration rubric approved by District Technology Department, CIT will conduct classroom Technology Integration observations. CIT will then schedule one-on-one meetings with teachers to discuss results and offer assistance and/or suggestions on technology integration in their lessons (if needed). All observation data will be shared with Administration.

Attend regularly scheduled weekly Content and Grade level meetings throughout school year.
CIT will attend both weekly Content and Grade Level meetings throughout the school year. Total of 7 meetings per week (4 – Content Areas & 3 grade levels 6-8). Each 45 minutes – 5.25 hrs per week.

Maintain campus technology inventory via WASP (check-in and out) throughout the school year.
CIT will assist in maintaining the operation of campus computers when able and appropriate. When not, CIT or teachers will keep in constant communication with the campus technician via the Help Desk.
